Mexico, "The Economist" reported that Mexican national oil company (PEMEX)  passed a resolution on February 26, it will invest $ 3.4 billion for clean energy project quality MADERO, MINATITLAN, SALAMANCA, SALINA CRUZ and Tula refinery. 

 

The project includes establishment of four new production plants departly  in MADERO, MINTITLAN, SALAMANCA refineries, refinery on SALINA CRUZ and TULA four production plants for large-scale renovation ; make small-sacle renewal  of SALAMANCA, SALINA CRUZ and eight other production plant .

 

The expected duration of the project will be 45 months, will be conducted in a professional team and the national oil refining branch cooperation external oversight group. Its purpose is to produce ultra low sulfur diesel five refineries in order to meet the requirements of the relevant provisions of the ink, the new technology will reduce vehicle carbon monoxide by 50% -80% and nitrogen oxide emissions.
