Timken Company expects to spin off TimkenSteel as an independent publicly traded company on June 30, 2014, with TimkenSteel thereafter trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "TMST."The Timken Company live event will begin at 9 a.m. EDT,Speakers include newly appointed President and Chief Executive Officer Richard G. Kyle and Chief Financial Officer Philip D. Fracassa as well as the company's business segment leaders.
